The Air Jordan 17 Black / Metallic Silver were released on March 30, 2002 and retailed for $200.They feature an all black colorway constructed from leather.The Air Jordan 17 featured a peel-off plastic on the heel to keep the chrome fresh until you decided to rock them. It came in a chrome case. They also feature a lightweight phylon midsole with blow molded heel Air-Sole unit and forefoot tuned air unit, TPU heel stabilizer for heel and ankle support. The outsole is constructed from rubber, and was designed after a golf course with fairways, greens, and bunkers.
